Our open-weave mesh allows air to flow through the back of the seat to keep you more comfortable during your workout. Our adjustable buckle system allows you to easily adjust the tension on the seat back for maximum comfort, and with our easy-to-wash mesh backrest.

Semi-recumbent bike seats typically slide forward and backward to adjust for your specific leg length. Additionally, Spirit bikes offer a seat-back adjustment that travels fifty degrees, allowing for a more ergonomically-correct workout. You simply squeeze the handle on the bike and the seat moves to your custom position.

Using our informative and easy-to-read bright blue LCD display, you’ll also be able to quickly track your progress and get instant feedback with built-in tools like our Muscle Profile indicator, which demonstrates which muscle groups are being targeted, and our Heart Rate Monitor, which displays your heart rate percentage compared to your maximum projected heart rate.

Muscle Activation

On our ellipticals, you will be using your glute, hamstring , quad, calf and arm muscles. The LED lights will activate in three degrees of engagement: Green represents minimal involvement, Amber medium involvement, and Red, full or heavy involvement.

Music and Air Conditioning

To keep you cool and motivated, we’ve integrated a swivel fan and a set of MP3 player-ready speakers into most of our consoles. Simply plug in and enjoy your favorite music to keep you going strong throughout your whole workout.

HEART RATE % PROFILE

Heart Rate training is proven to be one of the best ways to measure your workout. Our Heart Rate % Profile gives you a quick reference of your % compared to maximum projected heart rate. The LED lights up in Amber for 50-60%, Green for 65% to 80%, and Red for 85%+.

Console Programs are important in competitive fitness products. Spirit Fitness offers users many challenging programs to choose from.



INTERVAL

This program takes you through high levels of intensity followed by recovery periods of low intensity. This program utilizes and develops your “Fast Twitch” muscle fibers which are used when performing tasks that are intense and short in duration. These deplete your oxygen level and spike your heart rate, followed by periods of recovery and heart rate drop to replenish oxygen. Your cardiovascular system gets programmed to use oxygen more efficiently.
